Pitigliano
This beautiful town in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, is located in the Tufo area, and is counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy and awarded with the Orange Flag.
Perched on a tuff cliff, it is an unmissable stop on a trip to Tuscany. From the top of the town you can enjoy a splendid view of the Maremma; a visit to the Vie Cave and the Necropolis, dating back to the Etruscan era, and to Palazzo Orsini is a must. For history buffs, the Archaeological Museum of the Etruscan civilization and the Jewish Ghetto are other points of interest not to be missed.

Historical cities
